Yes, Cthulu Prime exists. No, there are no others -- this is a totally unique piece.
One table in the Artist's Alley featured customized action figures, dioramas, and these adorable Cthulu statuettes. You could get a plain Cthulu for $5, or for $25 you could have Cthulu customized. I asked him "Can you do an Optimus Prime Cthulu?" He said sure, but it would help if he had a reference. So I went home, printed out an image online (thanks, Google Image), and brought the picture the next day and paid for my piece. Three hours later, I got to take Cthulu Prime home.
Isn't he cute? Okay, I have a strange sense of cute...
